Getting tasen on Your Device
Installation paths
tasen is available through three main channels. Android users can download the APK directly from our website or through authorized app distribution partners. iOS users access tasen via Safari or Chrome, where our progressive web app runs natively in the browser without requiring App Store approval. Web users on desktop or tablet can visit tasen.app directly and enjoy the full platform in any modern browser.
Each path offers the same core features—live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, esports betting on Mobile Legends and Free Fire, and full sportsbook coverage. The main difference is convenience: native Android users get offline caching and push notifications; iOS and web users get instant updates without installation steps.
Step-by-step installation
- Download: For Android, visit tasen.app and tap the Android APK link; for iOS or web, open Safari or Chrome and navigate to tasen.app.
- Install: Android users may need to enable "Unknown Sources" in device settings; iOS and web users proceed directly to the next step.
- Register or log in: Create a new account with username, email, password, and mobile number, or sign in if you already have a tasen account.
- Verify and start: Complete KYC verification (upload ID and proof of address), enable two-factor authentication, and you're ready to deposit and access all tasen markets.
App vs. browser: which is right for you
The native Android app offers offline caching, meaning you can view your account balance and recent bets even without an internet connection—the data syncs once you reconnect. Push notifications arrive instantly when a cashback promotion starts or a live match you're tracking begins. The app also loads slightly faster on slower connections because it caches static assets locally. However, it requires storage space and periodic updates.
The iOS browser and web versions require no installation and update automatically. They work on any device with a modern browser, including tablets and desktops. If you switch devices frequently or prefer minimal storage footprint, browser access is more convenient. Both paths offer the same security and feature set as the native app.
Device compatibility
Android users need Android 7.0 or later; most devices from the past five years meet this requirement. iOS users need iOS 12 or later, covering iPhone 5s and newer. Web access works on any device with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge from the past three years. If your device is older, browser access is your best option since it does not require OS updates.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the Android APK fails to install, check that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your device settings under Security. Some devices also require you to trust the certificate issuer; tasen uses industry-standard certificates, so this is a one-time step. If you see a "file corrupted" error, delete the downloaded APK and download it again—interrupted downloads can cause this. For iOS and web users, clearing your browser cache and cookies often resolves loading issues. If tasen.app loads slowly, try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data to rule out local connectivity problems.
Data, permissions, and account security
tasen requests minimal permissions: camera access (for ID verification during KYC), location (to confirm you are in a supported jurisdiction), and contacts (optional, for referral invitations). We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All communication between your device and tasen servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication adds a second layer: even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without your email or authenticator app. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately from the login screen or contact our support team via in-app chat.
